The founder and creator of Under the Roof Decorating, Liette plays an integral part in the development of a whole new and creative line of picture-hanging products. Liette will be a visible advocate and spokesperson for the company, its customers and employees.

Kelly Krake

With his business experience and expertise, Kelly provides leadership, vision and guidance to Under the Roof and its employees. Kelly brings the UTR team together to create a line of products missing from the market, ensuring that Under The Roof will become a household name, in both retail, and in the industry.

Kevin Seel

Kevin is accountable for ensuring that corporate operations including manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, order fulfillment, account management and office administration are running efficiently and effectively.

Linda Hammer

Linda's role is to develop and maintain strategic business relationships with the company's retail buyers to achieve consistent sales growth targets. She is also responsible for the complete order fulfillment and management process from document control to inventory management and sales reporting.

Michael Kurtz

As the head of design at Under the Roof, Michael is responsible for the physical design, usability and testing of the products, as well as the design and branding of the associated packaging, collateral and websites.

Denis Bilodeau

Denis will draw upon his extensive retail and distribution background to work with leading US retailers to deliver Under the Roof Decorating’s unique solutions to consumers. Having worked as a buyer for prominent retailers, Denis has hands-on knowledge of what it takes to successfully merchandise our products and to help our retail partners maximize their sales.

Gary Kielo

Gary has an excellent understanding of how the retail trade functions, and how best to meet their needs in order to help independent retailers successfully deliver Hang & Level to their customers. He currently leads our Ontario-based Independent Retailer distribution network.

Michelle Allen

As Office and Operations Manager, Michelle is responsible for ensuring smooth transactions between the company’s internal and external customers. Michelle manages all accounting and administrative functions as well as assisting in the area of production and supply chain management.
